Thawing / Heating Instructions: Preferably defrost before heating. Remove plastic film. Decant the food into a heat-proof bowl and microwave for: 2 – 3 min for 1 portion (300g); 3 – 4 min for 2 portions (600g); 4 – 5 min for 4 portions (1.2kg)
