Thawing / Heating Instructions: Defrost thoroughly before use. Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove cardboard cover. Place on a preheated baking tray in the middle of the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 min until the sides are bubbling and the top is turning golden brown. When done, check that the meal is hot throughout, if not, heat for a little while longer while keeping an eye on it.
