Thawing / Heating Instructions: Defrost before heating. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees. Remove lid, place on a baking tray, brush pastry with egg yolk or milk (optional) and bake for 10 minutes reduce heat to 175 degrees and cook for another 20-30 mins.
