Our original Sri Lankan Curry has been so popular on our catering menu we decided to elevate it to “supreme master” of the vegan meals with sweet potatoes and aubergine that are flash grilled before being slow cooked with our blended Sri Lankan spices that create a wonderful depth to this dish; this is topped with cashew nuts to provide some crunch.
Thawing / Heating Instructions: Heat in an oven from Frozen for 30 minutes at 180°C.
