Roasted Vegetable & Pearl Barley Soup
A nourishing mix of vegetables, first slow roasted and then cooked down in a stock with pearl barley. Food for the mind, body and soul.
Thawing / Heating instructions: Allow to thaw in the fridge until completely defrosted before heating. Decant the soup into a pot and heat on the stove at a medium temperature while stirring occasionally.
