Sweet Potato, Mushroom Nut Curry – La Cuccina: A vegan treat with sweet potatoes which are flash grilled before being slow cooked with our delicious coconut milk mushroom nut curry.

Lentil, Kale & Mushroom Stew – Gia’s Kitchen: A nourishing blend of mushrooms, lentils and kale cooked down into a moreish but cleansing stew.

Sweet Potato & Black Bean Chilli – Zest Catering: A slow cooked bean chilli with loads of veg and herbs, spiced with chilli, cumin and cinnamon.
